AS PROMISED - in sunshine and downpours the Beehler Campaign wraps up doorbelling and kicks off GOTV...meeting Thurston County people in their homes, their businesses, and visible on the streets of Tumwater, Rochester, Grand Mound, Tenino, Rainier, Yelm, Lacey and Tumwater. Great to have Tenino Mayor join us....
Gary and Debbie Edwards joined us in Yelm, along with J.T. Wilcox and his daughter Katie.
Kevin's fire engine ride through Yelm was great - with lots of friendly supporters along the way.

Thurston County Deputy Sheriff's Association announced today they have overwhelmingly voted to endorse Pat Beehler for Thurston County Commissioner. "This endorsement means a lot to me, and I very much appreciate their confidence and support," Beehler said upon hearing the news. "The Deputy Sheriff's share my vision for getting Thurston County back on track, and know that the County Commission can do better." The Deputy Sheriff's Association's endorsement is added to the impressive list of endorsers, including Thurston County Realtors, Thurston County Farm Bureau, Olympia Master Builders, several business organizations and 12 prominent local leaders and officials from the ranks of Democrats, Republicans and Non-Partisan positions. For immediate release: Pat Beehler showed his unprecedented endorsement post card picturing an array of Democrats, Republicans and Non Partisans, to the panel as he finished his Editorial Board interview this morning. "We are proud of all of our endorsers, and particularly appreciative that so many who've sought or held public office and key positions of responsibility were willing to make their endorsement this public," Beehler said. "The 12 pictured people are respected leaders, who join the working families of the Olympia Master Builders, the Thurston County Realtors, and the Thurston County Farm Bureau, endorsing our efforts." "This 2009 race for the County Commission is not about Party preference, but more about performance and positions," Beehler continued. "Except for both of us being Grandparents, we couldn't be more different," Beehler concluded. Updated October 8, 2009 |
